Combined with the friendly service and warm atmosphere, this place is a must-visit. If you’re in Prescott, do yourself a favor and stop by B. Simple. You won't regret getting the Jax and definitely try anything with that fantastic carne adovada! ”

“ Great lil breakfast place downtown close to the courthouse square. They have all of the standard breakfast staples...try a hash or one of their breakfast sandwiches! ”

“ Anything but Simple. This place has the biggest and best breakfast burrito I have ever had. The brisket was a great choice along with chorizo on the side. We ordered all of the sauces available & green salsa on the side. All I can say is WOW all of the flavors. The taste of brisket, eggs, hash browns, salsa, gravy, Hatch green chile and red chili were very flavorful. The service was fantastic and the price is very affordable. The size of this burrito is so big splitting is a good idea. My wife and I split this and walked away with leftovers. If you have never been here, you must try this place. ”

“ A perfect place to stop for breakfast. The tables were clean. Wait staff was so kind and the food was amazing! I asked for crispy bacon and it was perfectly cooked! The biscuits and gravy was delicious. The biscuit was crispy and fluffy, hands down best biscuit ever. I wish it was closer to me! 100% recommend! ”

“ After trying most of the breakfast places around Prescott, B Simple is our go-to breakfast spot and for good reason. Their hash browns — or “butter browns” as they call them — are the best you’ll find anywhere. Crispy, buttery, and cooked just right every time. Their biscuits are also outstanding: fluffy, warm, and perfect with a little jam. Our two favorite dishes really show why we love this place: • My wife always orders The Basic, which comes with eggs, butter browns and choice of bacon or sausage($4 and worth it)and one of those amazing biscuits. (Recommend mixed berry jam) It’s simple but done perfectly — comfort food at its best. • I usually go for the Huevos, which comes with flavorful corn tortillas layered under eggs and smothered in delicious red and green salsa. I highly recommend ordering it “Christmas style” to get both sauces together. It’s hearty, full of flavor, and incredibly satisfying. It’s a small place, so weekends can get a little busy, and sometimes staffing is tight, but you can tell the core team works really hard to keep things moving. Most importantly, the kitchen is consistent — the food comes out right every time. If you’re looking for a breakfast that feels homemade but dialed up a notch, B Simple is a must-try in Prescott. ”

There was great food, great service and great company what else could you ask for. I like to keep things simple... so I'll be back! Great place to eat... i almost got the Lou but the Bogey is where it was at for me...(biscuit and gravy with eggs) *the best biscuit and gravy up to date now* ”

“ The best! XANTHIA WAS incredible! Not only did she acknowledge us, but she acknowledged us with the smile, very friendly, radiant, and just so fun to have a conversation with. I’m so glad I cut down the amount of eggs in my burrito because instead of the 6 egg, I ordered the three egg and it was huge. I absolutely loved it. I love the butter browns, the green chili brisket and the green chili on top of the burrito was incredible. I can’t wait to eat the rest for breakfast tomorrow. The place was sparsely decorated and very clean, it was amazing. I WOULD RECOMMEND ”
